Event Details

All guests of The Lawn Club event shall comply with and agree to the rules and terms of participation linked here: Lawn Club Event Participant Release and Waiver

Must be legal drinking age in the province where the event is hosted in order to attend.  No minors will be admitted.

All ticket(s) include one 45-minute round of Lawn Bowling with a French Twist and one (1) GREY GOOSE® Vodka Soda or Spritz cocktail per person. Lawn Club reserves the right to change the cocktail variation (including size and ingredients) based on the regulations of the city and province of the venue. Any guests who do not wish to have alcohol in their beverage will have a non-alcoholic option available. Select non-alcoholic beverages will also be available on-site for purchase. Light snacks will be available for purchase. Additional GREY GOOSE® Vodka cocktails will be available for purchase.

GREY GOOSE® Vodka presents Lawn Club is a cashless event.  Any “walk-in” guests will be able to purchase their ticket package for entry (pending availability) and guests will be able to purchase additional GREY GOOSE® Vodka cocktails and Crêpes via credit or debit card.

Ticket purchasers will be contacted via email in the event of cancellation or delays. A full refund will be provided if the event is not able to take place. If inclement weather prevents play and your time cannot be rescheduled a full refund will be provided (see Rain Check Refund Policy below for full details)

We will adhere to all local government rules and regulations regarding the consumption of alcohol. We reserve the right to deny entry to any guests who are considered to be intoxicated by our trained staff. We reserve the right to stop service to any guests who are considered to be intoxicated or are demonstrating unsafe conduct.

During your visit we kindly ask that you follow all rules of play of Lawn Club, all rules applicable to attendance at the Lawn Club venue; and all applicable policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all.  For the comfort and safety of all guests our staff reserves the right to remove any players whose behaviour is deemed disruptive to general play or in violation of any of our safety policies.

RESERVATION & REGISTRATION PROCESS:

• Purchaser will need to fill out the following information: Full Name, Email, Phone Number and Date of Birth.
• All purchases must be made through our online portal with a verified method of payment.
• Purchaser will receive an email with the ticket confirmation number with the date and time of their reservation which will need to be presented upon entry at the event.
• Reservations cannot be transferred to another individual once the transaction has been completed.
• All purchasers must be onsite to sign in with their party.
• All attendees must show a physical copy of government issued photo ID proving that they are of legal drinking age in the host province at the point of entry. Digital photos and photocopies of ID will not be accepted.
• If you purchase tickets for 2 or 4 guests, you will be paired with another group for a maximum of 6 players to a lane.
• If a group arrives with more guests than purchased tickets, there is no guarantee that the additional guest(s) will be admitted entry. If capacity allows for an additional guest(s) they will be required to pay an entry fee onsite.
• Guests will not receive a refund or discount if guests from their party are not granted entry to the event.
• Guests should contact the Lawn Club support team should they have any additional questions after reserving their experience or require additional accessibility accommodation.
• Each guest MUST read the event policy ahead of the event

CANCELLATION /NO SHOW POLICY

Bookings are non-transferrable and non-refundable. All purchasers must be onsite to sign in with their party.  A confirmation email will be sent out at the time of purchase. Cancellation is ONLY permitted 24 hours post purchase for full refund. Any no shows or cancellations made after the 24 hours will not be refunded.

RAIN CHECK REFUND POLICY

We consider inclement weather to be a part of the game of Lawn Bowling with a French Twist, however, if you are forced to abandon your game due to heavy consistent rain, lighting, flooding, or if your lane is deemed unplayable by the Lawn Club staff, we will gladly issue a refund under the following guidelines once signed in:

• Less than 10 minutes is completed – 100% refund will be issued
• Between 10 – 25 minutes is completed – 50% refund will be issued
• Guests have completed their game – No refund will be issued
• Lawn Club will not issue rain checks or refunds due to the threat of poor weather or light showers.

SAFETY POLICY – RULES AND REGULATIONS:

We kindly ask that during the experience all patrons respect and follow our event rules to ensure a safe environment for all participants and staff.

• Arrive 15 minutes early to check-in. All experiences will start promptly at stated times. No refunds or extended play time will be issued to latecomers.
• No smoking or vaping permitted inside the event space.
• No recreational drugs including cannabis (in any form) are permitted in the event space.
• No outside food or beverages, including alcohol, are allowed; all reusable water bottles will be left at the welcome desk and will not be permitted inside the event space.
• Security and Lawn Club staff have absolute authority within the event space and may disallow entry to any person who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and is exhibiting disruptive behaviour. No refund is provided in the event that entry is not permitted.
• No minors allowed in the event space.
• No animals allowed within the event space. Unfortunately, we are not equipped to accommodate pets. Please leave all fur companions at home. These policies are in place for both you and your animal’s safety.
• Shoes & shirts must be worn at all times within the event space.
• This experience will run rain or shine, subject to unsafe conditions as determined by the GREY GOOSE® Lawn Club staff. Please dress accordingly.
• This experience has been built to accommodate accessibility needs. Guests are encouraged to contact the Lawn Club Support team at support@greygooselawnclub.ca to receive further information should they require accommodations of any kind, prior to their booking.
• No sharp objects such as knives, razors, and blades are permitted at the event or within the GREY GOOSE® Lawn Club event space
• Do not bring any object that may be considered a weapon to the event.
• No special catering, event or celebration requests will be available during this experience. Balloons are not permitted within the GREY GOOSE® Lawn Club space.
• GREY GOOSE® Lawn Club is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. We advise all guests to ensure they only bring necessary items with them to the event. In no event will GREY GOOSE® (Bacardi Canada Inc.), Community, the event staff, or the Security team be liable for loss of your personal belongings for any reason.

We are taking industry-leading health precautions to ensure your health and safety. From the design of our course to our sanitization protocols, we take the utmost care in providing you with a safe and fun Lawn Club experience. Our staff will thoroughly sanitize all surfaces, food & drink service areas. Hand sanitizer stations on-site at the front desk, bar, and exit.

ASSUMED RISK & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Guests are advised that all activities are undertaken entirely at their own risk and they must behave in a fit and proper manner at all times in accordance with applicable law, public safety bylaws and GREY GOOSE® Lawn Club guidelines. Guests are responsible for their own safety. All experiences carry inherent risks and GREY GOOSE® Lawn Club does not assume any responsibility for injury, accidents or deaths that are caused to guests that are connected to their own actions or inaction or are caused by factors outside of the reasonable control of GREY GOOSE® Lawn Club.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to guests that are being physically or verbally abusive, or if they pose a threat to staff members or fellow attendees in any other way. In such cases, cancellation charges apply.

INJURY & SICKNESS POLICY:

In the event that a guest needs medical attention, the GREY GOOSE® Lawn Club Staff will contact the necessary emergency services. In the event that an experience is delayed or cancelled due to injury, there will be no refund issued.

FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY:

The GREY GOOSE® Lawn Club event is subject to provincial and public health regulations.

Food:

Outside food is not permitted

All food items will be provided by catering partner

All food will be prepped, stored and served following all provincial health and safety guidelines

No glass allowed on event grounds

All waste will be properly disposed of in accordance to each provincial standard

Beverage:

Outside beverages are not permitted

Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for all guests to purchase

No glass allowed on event grounds

All bar services will be conducted by a certified mixologist with provincial liquor serving training

LAWN CLUB ITINERARY

Here’s what you can expect from GREY GOOSE® Lawn Club

• Arrive at the GREY GOOSE® Lawn Club entrance 15 minutes prior to your scheduled event time.
• All guests will be required to check in and provide a physical piece of government issued photo ID. to security staff. Digital and photocopies will not be accepted.
• Event staff to guide guests to their lane for Lawn Bowling with a French Twist and provide a brief summary on how to play *Lanes will be assigned by staff in order of priority based on accessibility accommodations. *
• All guests to receive one (1) GREY GOOSE® Vodka Soda or Spritz Cocktail upon admission (any guests who do not wish to have alcohol in their beverage will have a non-alcoholic option to select). Admission cocktails are non-transferable. Each attendee will only receive one beverage regardless of the size of their group. Guests may purchase additional GREY GOOSE® Vodka cocktails from the Lawn Club staff during their play.
• After 45 minutes of game play guests will have the option to visit the Club House where they can purchase crêpes and additional GREY GOOSE® Vodka cocktails.
• *All guests will be guaranteed up to 2 hours within the club house space as part of the ticket package. If the event is at capacity guests will be asked to depart after their designated 2 hours in order to accommodate the next scheduled reservation.
• Guests who purchase a 9:00pm time slot will be required to depart at 11:00pm.
• NOTE: GREY GOOSE® Lawn Club is a CASHLESS event. Service areas will accept all major credit cards and/or interact services charges may apply.

LAWN BOWLING WITH A FRENCH TWIST RULES OF PLAY:

• Divide into two teams, decide who throws first.
• Toss the cochonnet (little beige ball) while standing in the starting circle
• Teams then rotate taking turns to throw their boules as close to the cochonnet as possible.
• The team with the closest boule to the cochonnet earns one point for each of their boules that is closer than their opponent’s closest boule.
• Team that gets to 13 point first, wins.
